There isn't much more to Favekeeper than that. What makes it special is simply that while most browsers include a syncing feature now for their specific browser, Favekeeper works cross-browser, on the other hand. For people who use more than one browser (which is most everyone in this day and age), built-in single browser features will only be of limited usefulness.
Favekeeper doesn't always sync automatically, although its syncing frequency is still pretty decent. If you don't see a favorite synced, give it a few moments and it should sync up without issue.
